Oh my gosh!!! I have been searching for my husband's family tree for a while! His grandparents were Forest LeBoeuf and Pearl LeBouef from St. Landry Parrish, La. (Yes they did both spell their last names different.)

A few days ago I found Forest's parents in the 1930 La Census (St. Landry District 25 of Police Jury Ward 4).

LeBoeuf, Willie Head Rent M W 31 Md at 19 Farmer
, Camillia Wife F W 27 Md at 15
, Alice Daught F W 11
, Forest Son M W 10
, Davis Son M W 9
, Lorinna Daught F W 7
, Katherine Daught F W ?
, Loyd Son M W ?

All parents and persons listed born Louisiana.

While searching through other internet sites I found a record of Willie LeBouef's marriage to a Comelia Curtis, but I didn't know this was the family so I didn't save it and have been unsuccesfuly searching for it since.

This is as far back as I can get--My husband's (Daniel LeBouef) father has been awol since he was little, and have no clue as to where he is.

I hope this info helps.

(I have been also unsuccesfully searching for this family in the 1920 census)

Long-lost cousin-in-law Karen Werner-LeBouef
