Hi Bruce,
Great to hear from you. We are related in 2 ways.My grandmother was Juliane LeBoeuf Lyons, sister of your grandfather Neuville Onesyme, and I am the daughter of Nettie Levron Rodrigue, great-granddaughter of Camilia Eliska LeBoeuf (daughter of Alexis Gabriel of Charles Gabriel). Also, my brother Mack Rodrigue, Jr. is married to Elaine LeBoeuf, your cousin.I have borrowed your pedigree chart from her and have used much of your info!I have as sons of Francois Dominique Leboeuf: Jean Francois b. Dec. 14, 1750 in Edgard, La., died Oct. 4, 1811 in Houma; Francois Pierre Charles b. 1751, d. Sept. 5, 1795 in St. James Parish, La.; Charles LeBoeuf, b. 1754.I too have been confused by conflicts in info, especially on Jean Francois. My base info was the book They Came, They Stayed by Laise Ledet, but I believe there are errors in it.I do not have concrete evidence on Jean Francois, but I have exhausted much info from various places on Internet and have settled that Jean Francois (Jacques) was the first son of Francois Dominique and Magdelaine Schmidt.I did not know that Jean Francois was married before Marie Reine.Could you send that info to me?Also, I have info on three more generations beyond Francois Dominique (differs from your info) if you are interested in that.Email me at [email protected].
