We have been looking into Leckie ourselves as a family clan. It is associated with the name MacGregor clan, which is associated with "Rob Roy" MacGregor. The tartan is hard to describe as there are 4 tartans associated to Leckie. We found our information while on holiday in Edinburgh, try a search on The Edinburgh Woolen Mill. All tartans are red based in colour.

Hope this helps !
