I only have that Lida Lord's parents were Charles Thomas Lord and Susan Jane Talbot. I didn't record any dates for her parents. Lida's marriage to Charles Burton "Spence" Leeman was in Wiscasset, Me. I found these citations for her obituary, which I have not read myself. Maybe they will have more info for you.

Lida Ellen Leeman [Obituary] Mrs.
Brunswick Record: vol. 40 no. 34 July 16, 1942, page 4 record no.: 34227 sourcefile: 2
Lida E. Leeman maiden name: Lord [Obituary] Mrs.
Brunswick Record: vol. 40 no. 35 July 23, 1942, page 7 record no.: 34246 sourcefile: 2

I don't actively research all of the allied families, but I do know that alot has been written about the Lords and the Talbots.

Charles Leeman is my G. Granduncle. He and Lida had 7 children. There are a few other Lords in my line, but they are more modern (1900's). If you are interested, I can give you some of that info.

Have you checked any of Rev. Sinnett's genealogies? He may have done one on either Talbot or Lord.

You could also check the Harpswell Historical Society. I don't live in Maine or I would check for you. They don't have website, but you can find an email address on line. I was up there a couple of years ago and saw the new building in Harpswell, which was not finished at the time. I know they have info on many family lines.

Have you found any early Leemans (Earlier than Charles) in your research?

Hope any of this helps.
