Hi Michele, yes we are all from the same descendant. I had a reply from Janine Vandenberg some time ago and she said that Marie Chene Labutte was her g-g-grandmother. The Chene family is from the Essex area. I once looked up a cemetary from that area and there were quite a few similar names in reference to her and some children. I haven't been able to find the url again though. I'm also looking to try and find more about Mathew, David (1) father. If David was from Connecticut I would assume that so was his father. Janine said that Mathew's wife was Pauline Cossane! I'll keep looking and share any info. I'll get back to you later. Bye Daleanna
