Hello! My great-grandmother was a Leibold. She was born in Albany Township, Berks County, and was a granddaughter of John Georg Leibold and his wife Mary Elisabeth Gysi. A few years ago I did extensive research on the family in Germany. I compiled the information in a book, "The Leibold Family of Rielingshausen, Wurttemberg, and Albany Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania." The book has extensive information on the family in Germany and the family ancestors in Germany. The book is available at the Berks County Historical Society Library, or at the Spruance Library at the Bucks County Historical Society (both in PA). I also have extra copies of the book for sale.
