I'm not sure why the name is Lara on the census but here is why I think that is the Flora Lee Lemons that was married to Frank Sweeney. My mother was the daughter of John O. Lemons. My father says that Flora Sweeney was the sister of John O. Lemons. After I posted my first response I looked through some old papers that belonged to John O. and Vertie ( Jacques) Lemons.I found a document that said that Flara L. Lemons ( Flara L. Sweeney) was selling her one-quarter interest in some land in Putnam County TN to John O. Lemons. She had inherited the one-quarter interest from Wm. Lemons. The four heirs to Wm. Lemons were Flara L. Lemons ( Flara L. Sweeney ), John O. Lemons, Joe Lemons and J. D. Lemons. Her name was spelled Flara on the document.Hope this helps. Are you related to Flara L. ( Lemons ) Sweeney ?
