Maria Leonard m James Joyce - Irish in New York City

I am looking for the Irish roots of this couple, who gave birth to three children living to adulthood in New York City:

~John Jay Joyce (b about 1858, an ardent political activist for Irish peasants and freedom from the British, who died at about age 52 in 1911.

~Henry Leonard Joyce (b in Apr 1860; who married sisters named Dillon; who was a rich railway and port businessman found often in the New York Times; who was convicted after confessing to misappropriation of over $1 million; who was generous to relatives, to Irish politicians, and to noted Australian singer Marie Narelle; and who died in NYC 1931).

~Mary Ann Joyce (b about 1867 and died on 23 May 1931 in NYC). She married Francis "Frank" P. Cassidy in St Patrick's Church NYC on 2 Jan 1887 according to wedding invitation sent by her widowed mother, Maria.

I have been told that all of the above are buried in NYC's famous Calvary Cemetery (49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd. in Woodside in the New York City borough of Queens, New York) but I have not been able to confirm this.

Mary Ann Joyce and Francis Patrick Cassidy had the following five children: Henry Leonard Cassidy (b 1888, d 1892), Francis John Aloysius Cassidy (b 8 Aug 1890, d Mar 1973),Marie Leonard Cassidy (b @ 1894, d 18 Jul 1934), Joseph J. Cassidy (b @ 1896, d Feb 1944), and Isobel G.Cassidy (b @ 1900, married Harry C. Shanks, a business associate of Henry L. Joyce, and died Jan 1976 in Manhattan).

I would be grateful for any help researching this family
