Denis, First of all I want to thank you for looking this up for me. I see that Tanguay and Jette have a baptismal date for one son Pierre 2 Mar 1702 Pointe au Trembles. Now Jette has a death date for this same Pierre 21 July 1703 at Riviere des Prairie. I was wondering if there was a second Pierre or if Jette made a mistake. I see that in the Tanguay corrections there is a Pierre Chevaudier (no birth date)(parents Charles and Marie Jousset) married on 8 Feb 1740 Riviere des Prairies to Marie Maguet. This refers us to page 62 where Pierre is listed without his parents and without a wedding date or place.
I quess that I would need the death records for 1703 at Riviere des Prairie to see if one Pierre died than and find out from the census if another Pierre was born later. I may never know because it is too diffecult to look up from the state of Oregon. Once again thanks for looking this up. Janet
