Hello Cora & Chris,
I am your first cousin (once removed)- daughter of Mollie nee Lepine Brooks. My mother was your grandmother, Millie Jo's sister. Their parents were Richard James Lepine (died in WW1 in 1917)and Mary nee Hurley Lepine Evennett (born Waterford City, Ireland died East Ham). It was your great-grandfather, Richard James Lepine and his brother Thomas George Lepine, who died in WW1 i.e., rather than your grandmother's brothers - it was her father and her uncle.
Our Lepine roots have been traced back to the early 1600's (generation by generation) and begin in Picardie, France. If you wish to e-mail me privately (janisobel@aol.com), I will be pleased to share some information with you - also have some pictures you might like to see.
I have met your mother several times over the years and just spent a few days in England 2 weeks ago with your Aunt Trish/Paddy.
