From some of the other children , it seems that Mathieu L'EPINE, son of Francois L'EPINE and Angelique HARDY was from San Malo, FRANCE. He married Marie Marguerite BOULET, daughter of Louis BOULET of Quebec, and Jeanne BAUDOIN. I am descended from Francois & Clothilde Trahan MATHIEU's child Aladin MATHIEU (b. 1836) in Lafayette. When you break through to San Malo, let me know. In the mean time, I too will keep looking.
