Vicky, I just came across your posting, looking for Lepkiechler. I have been researching Lebkisher and have found many different spellings, can't confirm relationship.
My Grandmother showed my cousin(years ago) a legal paper with Lepkichler on it. In 1850 Cemsus, Centre County, Pennsylvania, I found Henry Lepkichler, age 32, wife, Sarah, age 28, sone, John age 6 and daughter, Alice age 1. I am sure that this is my great, great grandfather.

In 1780 Tax Assements and Returns Pine Grove Township, PA., there is a Jacob Lepkichler.

A Michael Lepkichler age 81, Liverpool, Perry Co., PA
I am thinking that this Michael Lepkichler might just be my Henry Lepkichler's father. Also a Michael Lebkicher born 19 Mar 1759 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

Have you found any information since your posting?
