I believe the letter S is not part of the name KINCHEN, as in the preceeding posting I typed. Regardless, we are still attempting to locate any descendant of ANNIE LETCHWORTH (b. 1842, d. 11 APR 1922) or THOMAS A. KINCHEN (died 1906) and are buried in now GRADY COUNTY, GEORGIA, but in a lone, poorly watched over grave location. As the Sons of The Confederate Veterans are wanting to move these graves to a safer, better kept cemetery just a few miles from this current location, they must FIRST receive permission from one of the above's relatives or descendants, even distant. Other names that have surfaced in correlation to the above names are WILLIAM SASSER (her father), GEORGE LETCHWORTH (her spouse, possibly after THOMAS KINCHEN died). Decatur County index includes an S on the end of his name, but has him married to ANN SASSER on 16 NOV 1884, while Thomas County marriage index has Thomas A. Kinchen married to EMILY RAGANS on 11 APR 1869. ANY information will be greatly appreciated.
