One more point: On the "1900 United States Federal Census" District 33, Sheet 9, is listed a "KINCHEN, THOMAS A. and his wife, ANNIE." He appears to be age 68 and she age 57, I believe. Preceeding their names on the census is a married couple with the surname SASSER. This is listed as the "WHIGHAM DISTRICT" and in DECATUR COUNTY, GA. (This portion of the county became GRADY COUNTY, GA in 1906, two years after THOMAS A. KINCHEN was buried).
