Dear Mary, I have a Great-Uncle George, married to Mary Ellen, and the only child I remember meeting was Calvina, I'm pretty sure thats the name. I remember visiting with him sometime between 89-91, he visited my Mother and I in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and I learned at that time that he and Mary Ellen had more children than I was aware of.
I also recall that Uncle George was very deep into researching his ancestry at that time and told me several things that I wish I had written down. As for me, I am the first son of Jerry R. and Bonnie C. LETCHWORTH, My Grandfather was Micah Steele
and Annie Bell (BISHOP) was my Grandmother, they had 4 children, JACK, JEAN, JERRY, JOHNNY. I was also born in Madison County and lived in Greenville from 1960 to 1978.
I also recall that Uncle George retired from the U.S. Post office.

Hope this info has value and that we can continue our correspondence.
