I have a branch of my Family Tree are the Letellier's of Pitres, Normandie, France. It is a large family at least in the period I am searching which is the later 17th century. They could have emigrated. There is an Etieniene Letellier who shows up in Canada, born in France in 1636. Good luck. Genealogy is slow. Start a generation at a time and work backwards.
