Hi David - Just came across your message on the meaning of the name "Letendre" - it means "Tender Hearted". Funny about the different pronunciations - I am originally from Massachusetts - we pronounced it "Le tender" but my brother now pronounces it "Le tend dray". Were you aware of the Letendre family reunion being held in Sorel, P.Q. June 25-27, this year? Have you ever attended one of the reunions? Would enjoy exchanging info with you.
