This may or may not be helpful to you, but there are a lot of coincidences in names although the orders are not quite what I've come up with----although my work is certainly not a final thing.
My Henry Levy/Levi appears to have had a brother Alexander; both noted in the Pitt, North Carolina 1790 census.Henry shows later in Illinois. His daughter, Martha Levy married a Benjamen Knight (and on this death, after hers, he had a property dispersion, which mentioned her daughter, other Levi's/Levy's, and I believe some Huttons.Huttons and Levi's are related.I have data from the census figures and a little hard copy data; but it seems that Henry and Alexander (and probably/possibly others) went from North Carolina to the Davidner County, Tn area (and some of the children married ladies from Kentucky---not clear if they lived there also for a while or coincidental). For awhile, I had believed that Henry fit into the Levi's (Rice and Abraham group) in Virginia, but the fit was quite good. From what I've found, Henry and Alexander went to Tennessee, the Henry and some of the brother's children went onward to Illinois, later Martha made it on to Missouri. The name Parker though is common in some of Henry's children and their descendants and I believe it is attributed to a Parker lady that was from a prominent Baptist minister family that married Alexander.I've heard stories that Alexander and Henry breaking from Judais brought a break in the family communication from others at the time----all hearsay so far.If your Henry is the Pitt, North Carolina one, it is probably the same Henry we are both working on, but the Parker name should start one generation down from there.I would love to learn more on what you have and please feel free to look at my tree on ancestry.com (Stan Handshy tree). We could probably both learn things. The Huttons are indeed part of this line, as are the Parkers, and others. Some of Alexander's line ended up in Texas; believe quite of few there still, but generations on down.Let me know (sorry for the delay, but trying to piece things out; and there are a lot of unusual connections with what you said or a strong [email protected]
