LEWALLEN, Daniel TN>AL ???

Does anyone have a 1830 or 1840 census record of Daniel Lewallen b abt 1790, married Elizabeth Lain & living in Jackson Co, AL?
I have a Daniel Lewallen born abt 1810, TN, from the estimated 1830 Anderson Co, TN Census Records. Maybe the above is a different Daniel & not the son of my Richard Lewallen b 1763???

1830 Anderson Co, TN Census Records
Luallen, Richard
210110001-1111110001

1830 Anderson Co TN Census Records
Rich Luallen
Males
Under 5 =2
5 under 10 =1
15 under 10 =1
20 under 30 =1
60 under 70 =1

Females
Under 5 =1
5 under 10 =1
10 under 20 =1
20 under 30 =1
30 under 40 =1

If Daniel Lewellen received a land patent 1834 Jackson Co, AL, he should at least be in the 1840 census records.
That would help me clear up the possibilities of the 2 Daniel Lewallen's
Thanks, Fay
