I am wondering, Ellen, if your husband's move from Chicago to Kentucky had anything to do with having relatives in Kentucky. We have heard that Andrew Luzader, born 1791, took his family through Kentucky on the way to Indiana. As I have not found Andrew and his family in the 1820 Federal Census for either Ohio or Indiana, I am wondering if he might not have been in Kentucky in 1820.

Are there other Luzaders in Kentucky who have been there for some time? Andrew may have had brothers or cousins who stayed in Kentucky, but I believe his own children were too young to have stayed on. Thanks for your input, Ellen.
