Margaret Luzader was born ?abt 1782 PA? [no documentation; just plain GUESSwork]. She was the daughter of Aaron and Sarah Luzader; and married John Czigan in Monongalia Co. VA, on 22 December 1801, with whom she had five children:

4. Margaret Czigan b. 1809 [1850 census] m. John NINE (lived Preston Co VA (WV)
5. Elizabeth "Betsy" b. 1810 [1810 census; guesswork] femesole (lived Taylor Co. VA (WV)
And two other children by another gentleman whose name is unknown at this time:
(1) Mary (?COLE?) ROBY b. abt 1819 VA 1850 census]
(2) Thomas COLE.b. abt 1822 VA [1860 census]

WILL of John Czigan dated 26 Aug 1842: Taylor Co. VA (WV) WILL RECORDS Book 1, pg 9
"…Jacob, Sarah, Margaret, Betsey…one dollar to daughter Mary FEATHERS. ..believing that her husband Jacob FEATHERS has already got some of my money without my consent…" John CZIGAN died around 1846. Estate consisted of 750 acres located in present day Taylor County WV. His children Sarah, Jacob and Margaret sold their share of the property to their sister Betsy.

Final settlement paid to heirs submitted by Administrator John NINE [husband of Margaret CZIGAN and son-in-law of John Czigan] on 26 June 1848.
Elizabeth "Betsy" Czigan died around 1851. She left no will. Inventory of her estate can be found in Inventoriy Book 1, pp 136 through 139 and 360 and 361. Her personal estate appraisement was made on 27 November 1851 and proceeds from sale of her personal property was submitted by administrator Isaac Hall to court on 26 January 1852. Her real property consisted of around 710 acres of the original tract her father purchased back in 1792. Her heirs were her brother Jacob, sisters Mary FEATHER and Margaret NINE and the children of her deceased sister Sarah SMELL.
There were two other heirs of Betsy Czigan in addition to the above named: (1) Mary ROBY with husband Isaac; and (2) Thomas COLE. with wife Martha.
In separate deeds, Mary ROBY and Thomas COLE stated they were half-sister and half-brother of Betsy; and children of Margaret (LUZADER) CZIGAN; and grandchildren of the late Aaron LUZADER (father of Margaret). The following deeds (abstracted by researcher) were filed in Taylor Co. VA (WV):
Deed Book 4, p 103: On 22 November 1855 Isaac Roby and wife Mary "of Harrison Co.VA" deeded land to Adolphus Armstrong "...tract on Cziggons Run inherited from half sister Elizabeth Czigons who died intestate...Mary Roby being a daughter and heir at law of said Margaret Czigons deceased who of was once the wife of John Czigon now deceased and by virtue of said Margaret being daughter and heir at law of said Aaron Luzader, deceased...who possessed 180 acres situated on Three Fork Creek …
Deed Book 4, page 104: On 18 February 1856 Thomas Cole and wife Martha "of Taylor Co. VA" deeded land to Adolphus Armstrong "...being a son and heir at law of Margaret Czigons deceased widow of John Czigons and by virtue of his being a half brother and heir at law of Elizabeth Czigons deceased who was a daughter of said Margaret and John Czigons deceased...to all tracts and parcels…in Taylor County, Virginia on Three Fork Creek and on…Czigons Run…"
