Regarding four clawed and three clawed dragon motifs & ny ancestor

Is anyoen familiar with the four clawed dragon motifs found on the spirit tbalets of one;s ancestors chasing after a flame ball embazoned in gold.it was udnerstood that five clawed dragon was for the emperor and imperial family usage, then what would the four clawed dragon signify?
also my 12 th generation ancestor was bestowed the prestige title of jin wu jiang jun with rank 2A promoted from 2B in the military official structure, my ancestor ahd hailed from chao na ji shu xian mei xiang and was the chief military aide to the governor general during the shunzhip period in huguang ,he was a teochew. and had a formal name fu chen generation name yuan and was calle li qing(green)
Now is anyone familar with the personage?
