hello! with regards to the fa,ily generation poem do yo urecall last year in nov dec circa period you had helped post my family peom in family poem, the family poem is still in the archives, please click search button an dtype my name erwin and look for the heading family generation poems ,as for the time frame of the family generation poem, the prima facie evidence is that give or take 10 years if my ancestor was born in 1610 he would have been in his fourties when he had assumed command as chief military aide which seems plausible and as he had belonged under the 2nd generation poem (yuan) his father yi ran who is udner the charcter shao would have been born 1570-1580 crica period, another clue is the lao ren zhu had dutifully recorded the fmaily generation poem, the lao ren zhu or grouop of elders was set up in the ming dynasty, does that make sense, anyway out fo curiousity, what makes you place the poem in the mid 17th century?i woudl like to be proven wrong and its good to share and exhcnage pointers,
