A co-worker is a granddaughter of Harry Lifshitz, who came to New York from Russia/Poland in the early 1900s. His wife (Henrietta) changed the spelling of the last name to Lipschitz about 1918. They had 3 children and lived in Brooklyn. He died about 1985; she died about 1962. She has no other information.
