Margaret Lightner VA 1824 to MO by 1846

Looking for anyone with connection to Margaret Lightner born in VA in 1824. She married on 18 Feb 1846 in Linn Co., MO to Andrew Jackson Austin born 1829 in MO. In 1850 census of Livingston Co., MO it says she is blind. Her mother is Margaret (maiden name unknown) and she is living with the family in 1850 census. She was born about 1800 in VA.

Andrew and Margaret have known children:
Elizabeth(Eliza) b. 1848/49, Sarah L. b. 1851 (my husband's gr-gr grandmother), Isam b. 1858, Jackson b. 1862, and Franklin b. 1864.

Any help appreciated.
