Marinda Like was born in Bloomfield, Stoddard County, MO on 21 April 1847 and died 12 March 1941. She married George Washington Adams on 01 Aug 1869 (See Stoddard County marriages , Book A, p. 95). She appears as an "Adams" on the 1900 census in Bollinger county, 1910 and 1930 censuses in Wayne county. Anyone have any idea who her parents were? She almost has to be related to the Like families coming out of NC in 1817, but??? I have a lot of information on the Like families, but this lady is a "stone wall".
