He is buried in Houston, Harris County, Texas with a VA merker that denotes his service as a Private in the Mexican War and the Colonel of the 35th Texas Cavalry in the War Between The States. Let me know if you'd like a photo or a scan.

I am writing a book about the 35th Texas Cavalry.
