I know my paternal ancestors come from Sicily, but was curious if anyone can speculate as to how an apprently Portugese name ended up on the island. Or is it the other way around??

btw: My great grandfather, Joseph Lima, arrived in Cincinnati, Ohio around the turn of the century.
