Hi Margaret, Is that Portsmouth Ohio or Portsmouth, Virginia? My great grandmother was Rebecca Liming b. abt. 1845 md. Reuben Hicks. They lived in Greenup KY., Portsmouth, Scioto Co. KY. and buried in Boyd Co. KY. (near Ashland, KY. in Northeastern KY)
