Hi Ellen,
The start of the Liming Family in the US was by John Liming & Prudence Wainwright, who arrived here from England In 1665. The settled in upper Freehold, NJ and had three sons, Henry, John & William. I'm not sure, which one of these three brothers William Orange is a descendent of. The name of William is used frequently in the Liming family. I'll see if I can check this out for you.
