I have information on the first marriage of Gideon Edgar Linderman. He married my grandmother, Ancil May Telford, in 1929. She was known all her life as Pearl. They produced two children. Edward Leon Linderman lived most of his adult life in the Seattle, WA area. He died about 10 years ago. Their second child was Martha Sue Linderman, my mother. Gideon Linderman (my mother said he was always called Gid) and my grandmother, Pearl, were divorced when my mother was about 15 months old. We believe it was in 1933. Mother was contacted by him in 1959 when he came to see her in Phoenix where my parents lived at that time. She saw him several times over a short period of time that he lived there. As best my Mom & Dad remember, he was married and had a son with her that they think was 2 or 3 years old. They do not remember the name of his wife or child. I have other information about him including a photograph if you are interested. Can confirm the circus story but not the snake handling. I believe that we are cousins and both named Linda. 'Hope to hear from you.
