Well, enough is enough! The Linebargers may have been very successful farmers, bankers, grain merchants, etc., but they weren't very creative when naming their kids -- too many Johns, Henrys Andrews, and Lewis's. Can't hardly sort them our without dates after their names.
Has anyone documented eligibility for the DAR or SAR, based on the service of John Linebarger who served in Pennsylvania?
I would like to estasblish eligibility for my daughter, Heather, in the D.A.R.
Any help will be appreciated.
Larry Peet (gg-grandson of George Linebarger, a son of John and Mary Hoote)
