I have information on Howard Lingo, but I think maybe you have his date of birth wrong. William W Lingo, from Delaware, and his wife Emmas Alice Hudson had three sons, Howard, William W. and Elmer Paynter. After their father died, all three sons were admitted to Girard College in Philadelphia. Their father, William was a grocer in Philadelphia. I think Howard was born about 1884; William Jr, 1886, and Elmer P 1891. Birth dates are from Girard College records. Would like to hear more on how you are related to Howard Lingo.
