First you need to verify birth and death and Marriage of this Wesley Lingo to be sure it is the one you are interested in. There may be more than one Wesley Lingo.Find out what E stands for. Search the census records to find parents and/or siblings records.Find the state you need to be concentrating on.
The Lingo family goes back to 1624 and there are a lot of Lingo's.
My Lingo branch arrived in Missouri circa 1830.
