I don't know how this Lint of Holmes Co., Ohio relates to the one I found in a deed in Somerset Co., Pa, but thought it may help somehow.

Somerset Co., Pa courthouse. Bk 23 pages 79 and 80.

It was a sale of land from the heirs of Peter Schneider, deceased to John Miller. Peter's widow was Elizabeth. (I have seen charts that list her as Elizabeth Weimer.)
The heirs were: Living in Somerset Co., PA
Jacob Lint and his wife Catherine, late Catherine Schneider
John Hemminger and Polly, his wife, late Polly Schneider
George ? and Rebecca, his wife late Rebecca Schneider (This name could be Heep, Keep, Hess, cannot make it out)
Daniel Schneider

Living in Holmes Co., Ohio
John Lint and his wife Elizabeth, late Elizabeth Schneider,

Deed Dated December 1832 recorded May 1849

I found a John and Elizabeth born in Pa who may be the ones in the deed.
1850 census of Mechanic Twp., Holmes Co., Ohio Family #1170
John M. Lint age 30 born Pa
Elizabeth age 28 born Pa
Jacob age 9 born Ohio
Daniel age 8 born Ohio
Catherine age 6 born Ohio
J. W. age 4 born Ohio male
Conrod age 2 born Ohio

I thought it interesting that they had a son Conrad Lint.
Maybe they are related to your Conrad. Please let me know if this helps you. Thank you
