Adelia Louzada was born 13 Feb 1820 in New York, and she married Henry Cornwell 6 April 1836 in New York, New York.
She died 21 April 1896 in San Francisco, Ca., and she is buried in Oahu Cemtery, Honolulu, Hawaii. Adelia had two brothers by the names of James Louzada and Isaac Louzada. She also had a brother Alfred Louzada. I don't know what happened to him. She also had a sister, named Mary Ann Sell, who stayed on Long Island and carried for their mutual Mother. And she had a sister, Hannah Williams Louzada, b. Aug 16, 1822, in New York, who married Rev. Mervin Lint. James Louzada left Mary Ann Sell his property on Long Island, because she was caring for their Mother. James Louzada married a Hawaiian girl by the name of Kapuu. Adelia Louzada's father was Isaac Lozado on the 1850 Census, and her brother, Isaac Lozado AKA Louzada, was living with his parents in Williamsburgh, Kings County, New York. Her father and mother and brother are all noted as having been born in New York. They lived very close to the Cornwells at that time. Adelia's brother, James Louzada, was already in Hawaii. Adelia's mother is believed to be Catherine Lozier. Isaac and Catherine married May 8, 1802, in New York. Catherine is noted as "Cath" on the 1850 Census. Isaac Louzada Sr is noted as a milkman in the 1829-30 NY City Directory.
Does anyone know what happened to Rev. Mervin Lint and Hannah Louzada?
