I have LOCKARDs around the same time period in Capitol Heights Maryland/Washington DC not to far from Baltimore!
My father was David Lorenzo Lockard, his father was David Lorenzo Lockard - seems they started out in PA somehow and somewhere around the 1800s early/mid/and late.
There is a Charles Eugene Lockard who married Doris.
AnnaBelle Lockard is my great aunt who lives inside the DC Beltway.
Funny how some surnames end up with same FIRST NAMES but not related. I can't find a LOCKARD connection in Baltimore unless a male was there one night and married someone
Let me know if any of this clicks. There is also LOCKARD: Walter, Winfield, James, John, Jacob, Ivan, Henry, etc forever it seems.
