I don't have any record of Lockyer's (or variable spellings) moving to the US.

My Lockyer ancestors came from Broad Clyst, Devon between the years 1758 - about 1860.

I have seen the name spelled, Lockyer, Lockhere, and Lockyear.

I haven't run across Locklear yet.
