Any information you can provide on Jesse Loder/Mary Magadelene Loder would be appreciated. I have found records of two children of Jesse and Mary (Susannah and Elisha) who were both christened at the Dutch Reformed Church, Machackemeck, Orange, New York. It also appears that Mary may have changed her name to Lanah Mapes Loder around the same time. I did find a record indicating that Elisa died 2/9/1842. The Jesse I am trying to track down was born in 1842/3 (I believe in January) but I cannot find any birth records. Just a Civil War record noting that he enlisted in 1861 at Alfred, NY and deserted two years later.
