Nancy, the Jesse/Jessie Loder I am talking about was born in 1792 and died in 1828. I believe that he and Mary Magdalena Mapes were married in 1812. Does this jibe with your records? I do not know anything about their children, but I would be interested to find out more about them. Jesse's sister, Polly Loder, was my great-great-great grandmother. Someone else you should talk to that knows a lot about the Loder family is Bill Bowman. I got a lot of my information from him. He has posted quite often to the Loder forum page.
