Hello Jamie,
Just trying to help you with your query re your grandfather Wallace.
Did your father ever mention the names of Wallace's siblings = your fathers aunts/uncles?
I did find a Loder family in the census for Jefferson, Henry, Iowa.
This Wallace born 1912 had siblings=
Milford/Wilford
Leona.
Wymond.
Lucille.

The parents names were Clark and Estella Loder.

Ring any bells?

If so,can send census records + other records.
