Loffel/marquart/leffler Berks County

I have a "conflict" in my lineage. I show that Philip Marquart came from France (Alsace-Lorraine)migrated to America sometime before the 1790 Census. His marraige to Mary Leffler was long before this Census and is thought to have occured in this country. I also show that he was married to an Elisabetha Loffel on January 6, 1789 in Exeter Township, Berks Co.,PA on January 6th,1789. Elizabeth being the daughter of Balthasar Loffel and Sybilla Loffel.Philip Marquart was b.may 6,1765 in Berks Co. PA and d. april 24, 1833 in Clark Co. Ohio. Their children were Peter, john, Samuel, David, John A.,Sarah, Elizabeth, Anna Maria , and Catharine. Can anyone straighten me out here? I'd be in your debt.
I'm wondering if there is a Leffler/Marquart connection that I may be confusing with a
Loffel/Marquart connection.
