Logar or Logan in MN in 1887

I am trying to fill a huge gap in my family history -- my grandfather's mother's maiden name was Ethel Logar (could be Logan), born 23 Oct 1887 in Red Wing, MN (Goodhue county) to John and Martha Logar, one or both of whom had Swedish ancestry. I am trying to obtain a copy of her birth certificate, since that may have more information, but in the mean while.....

Has anyone heard of a Swedish surname of Logar? If so, any pointers on where to look for them? What does it mean, where are they from?

BTW, in case this helps -- Ethel Logar married Forest Chester Little in 1906 in Oakland, CA (Alameda county) - they had 2 children: Chester Carleton Little and Stanley Keith Little.

thanks in advance
