I've done some research in the past on the LOHNER family. My line is from Phillip LOHNER (b.1822 Baden, d.1889 Toledo, Lucas, OH).
It is highly probable that Jacob b,1813, Valentine b.1819, John b. @1822 and Phillip b.1822 were brothers. The families first appear in the 1850 Monroe MI, where Jacob, #208, and Valentine, #207, are enumerated next to one another on p.716. Phillip is enumerated on p.816, #82-83, while John is on p.817, #85.
There are records for all families at St. Mary's Church in Monroe, MI. Portions of all three familes migrate to Toledo to live and work.
