I have a couple of possibilities----I'll let you be the judge. First, I have a marriage record for a Robert LOISELLE and Emilie LAGACE, (Millie?) either 18 January or 18 February 1866 in Port Daniel, Québec. (Source: Drouin, 18 January 1866; Drouin, Part II, 18 February 1866). I don't have any children listed for them, so can't verify if these are your ancestors.

A 2nd possibility: Esther Mary LOISELLE, born 17 September 1863 in Detroit, Michigan, died 31 May 1938 in Cheboygan. She arrived in Cheboygan in 1877 from Muskegon. She married Joseph Rose 29 September 1879 in Cheboygan. Her parents were Joseph Loiselle (from Baltimore) and Esther (from Detroit){Source: US GenWeb}. My Loiselle ancestors came from Marieville, Rouville County, Québec. They settled St. Clair and Macomb Counties, Michigan. One of the places they lived was New Baltimore, Michigan. There was a son, Joseph, whom I found in the 1860 Detroit, Michigan, Census, on Page 157 of Ward 10. It showed:
LOSELLE: Joseph, 29 years old, Sawyer, born Canada
P. LOSELLE, 23 years old, born Canada
Martin LOSELLE, 2 years old, born Michigan
Mary LOSELLE, 25 years old, born Canada
I never found them after the 1860 census, so am wondering if this could be the same family. My great,great-grandmother, Virginia Loiselle, showed her father as "Constant Wezell" on her death certificate.
Sorry I can't give you anything more definite, but perhaps you can start looking at these 2 places in Québec. If you can supply me with birth/death dates, perhaps I can see if I have them listed under a different spelling.
