Information obtained from the American french Genealogical Society, Wioonsocket, RI. (www.AFGS.org). In Drouin's book of marriages, Zoe's parents are correct. Aristide's name is listed as Aristide Chevaudier dit Lepine. married 2 October 1877 in St. Henri de Montreal.
From the St. Henri church register, Aristide's parents listed as Appolinaire Chevalier (Chevaudier) and Lalard Beausoleil. They are listed in the registry as being from New York. This was common, people living in NY in towns where there was no Catholic Church would go back to Canada to marry, baptisms, etc. No further deetails.
