Donna:
I have been reading the note exchanges on the Loiselle genealogy and noted that you are quite a resourceful person. In the last note I read in respect to the above noted person (Herménégilde) you traced back and hit my great-great grandparents: Prudent Loiselle and Julie Tetrault. I am a descendant of Moise Loiselle, second son of Prudent and Julie from Saint Marc sur Richelieu. Moise went to the American West with Canadian nuns and Monseigneur August M. Blanchet in 1853. To make the story short, he eventually followed the nuns down to Valparaiso, Chile. Moise married and settled there and had children. I am one of his third generation of Loiselles from Chile who chose to come back to Canada in 1975. My family has beautiful letters from his step mother (Veronique Poulet) and his step sister and godchild, Mathilde Loiselle and some pictures. These have instrumental for me to find his town of origin and my family tree. So glad I found someone like you who is so resourceful. Maybe you can drop me a personal e-mail to see your connections with the Loiselles.
Thanks
