Our branch of the "Loman" tree is Native American specifically, of the Choctaw Nation with my great, great-grandfather Byrd or Burt Loman and his wife Winnie Colbert-Loman. Both were full-blood, Choctaws. My great-grandfather was ther only son, Louis Loman. I am interested in any information you may have of the Native American ancestors which came to Oklahoma from Mississippi during the "Trail of Tears".
