Henry Loman 1840s Texas (Johann Heinrich Lohmann)

Has anyone examined records for Johann Heinrich Lohmann, born June 5, 1798 in Wangelnstedt, Germany? His wife in Germany, Anna Maria Theresia Boden (m. October 30, 1823) was five years older than Johann. Their son Franz Julius was born in 1824. No death dates are in the German records.

The birth time frame and some other details might match up with our John Henry Loman, who came to Texas in the 1840s, was widowed about 1847, and married the widow Rosene Caroline Charlotte Meyer in Austin TX on July 19, 1848.

We are descended from this Henry Loman, whose granddaughter Emelia Reinke went to Galveston and married our grandfather Frederick William Buchan in 1901. My sister lives on land once part of Loman's first dairy operation on Waller Creek in Austin, now the site of Hancock Recreation Center and golf course.
