John Loman abt.1810-1880 Davidson Co.NC

My GGGgrandfather was John Loman born abt 1810. I first find him in Davidson County N.C. marriage records in 1830 married to a Jane Durham. They have children Franklin, Susan,(Susan is my GGgrandmother) and Christina.
In the 1790 Census there are only 2 Lomans in the state of N.C. They are Adam Loman Sr. and Adam Loman Jr. in Guilford Co.
In the Davidson Co. 1840 census John lives a few houses from an Adam Loman who is close to the same age and a Peter Byerly who married Polly Loman. It appears that John, Adam and Polly were siblings.
I am trying to tie my John Loman into the Adam Lomans of Guilford Co. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Dottie
